She followed up immediately by email with the information I needed re offer on a property. Well done Chancellors. Your staff alway seem genuinely lovely people and want to help - nothing seems to be any bother. I thoroughly recommend them!

        Just don't understand what's so hard about calling someone back. Taken it further, but the branch is a joke and the staff seem like a group of incompetent school girls.
