Slow jumbled staff to busy with the freezer to cook ended up waiting 15 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 loaded fried all in all not worth the wait or the money

The terrible reviews are justified, cold coffee because the milk steamer had broken, bun dry and crumbly, my partners bacon double cheeseburger was cold and wouldn't have been out of place in a dolls house it was so small, definitely nothing like the pictures above the counter. This was all delivered by the most surly and unfriendly girl, which for 50 pence short of 20, was far from good value for money. Won't be visiting Burger King again until I hear better reports improve drastically. Paul and Kate

Burger broiler was broken so only chicken available, although they don't bother to mention this until you try to order. Service was absolutely awful, the people 'working more I tent of messing about and chatting than actually doing anything. The counter and tables were filthy. Food also took a stupid amount of time to make despite there being only two customers, including myself.

The service here was bad. The service was slow and people had problems with screen as were plying up and creating people frustration. The food was okay but not amazing.
