        Big thanks to Hercules and the team today for helping me and my husband get rid of all of the heavy stuff as my husband couldnt do any heavy lifting. We made three trips and it was so easy. You guys are absolutely lovely and the best. Thank you so much

        Unhelpful surly staff. Lots of older people struggling up steps lugging their stuff, struggling to get it over into the big containers while staff lean on brooms, wandering around drinking tea and joking with each other. It wouldn't hurt for staff to help.
