If you're going to get any work done here, I'd highly recommend getting a quote beforehand as it's the most expensive independent garage I've ever come across, their hourly labour rate rivals some official dealerships in the area. My partner had a service and MOT here on her 14 year old car and it was nearly 500 - no extra work done, just the standard service parts. Compare that to last year's service & MOT for 140 at a garage about 5 miles from this one. When she picked up her car, the owner told her he conveniently forgot to mention that they use premium oil, which set her back 80 for a few litres. We called the owner and he was polite and approachable about it, but we still feel ripped off and won't be coming here again.
