They have an excellent standard of work and will do what they can so long as they have the availability to do a job for you. You can't fault a business for being busy and they are only a small, locally owned business that have many years of experience.
I think it very unfair to rate a business 1 star when they obviously haven't actually had any work done by the business in question.
