        Messaged them via their website to ask them to come out and quote me on some fencing and paving I needed doing and they didnt respond. Called a few days later and booked an appointment for later in the week, told they would come between 10am and 6pm and they didnt turn up or call to say the couldn't make it. Very poor in my opinion so I can only imagine what they're like to get hold of after a job is done.

        The on site double decker bus cafe is brilliant super service and the best bacon and egg sarnie I've had give it a visit if you're passing top grub and owner

        DO NOT USE this company. Almost FOUR years asking them to come and fix the shed and the gate. Indeed acceptable? prices, friendly staff until you pay! Then they disappear. Customer support is Horrendous, when you finally get through they are very nice but keep you waiting and waiting and never reply l(last reply from K&Z was on 16 Jun 2022) or appear to fix the horrible job they have done. Photos taken in June 2022; it is obviously worse now. If I could go back in time, I would never have used them. Also, they have on their site they are on Checkatrade and I cannot find them!!
