Fine & Country Kingswood

Absolutely appaling work from Fine and Country Surrey. After more than one month they are still unable to speak with the landlord so we are getting our deposit back. Avoid at all costs, this agency has no control over their clients and will not help you.

We recently had the pleasure of instructing Fine & Country Kingswood for our house sale. I cannot fault anything throughout the whole process. Bens valuation was spot on and Zoe and Ben quickly found us proceed-able buyers. With a relative long chain, Zoe was exemplary in holding the chain together and often took on the responsibilities of the other agents to make sure everything progressed whilst managing everyones expectations. Throughout the whole process, Zoe and Bens proactiveness and communication was very much appreciated by us and others in the chain. I would 100% recommend Fine and Country Kingswood as the go-to estate agents in the area.

After missing out on a number of houses we found our dream home. It is all thanks to Zoe & Ben that it became a reality! The purchase was not easy as sadly we had a years delay due to Probate. Through it all Zoe was exceptional at keeping us informed and made sure that everyone in our small chain stayed on board. F&C were supportive throughout the long and stressful delay, they have a great team who were always available to update us on the progress. We will definitely use F&C for any future moves.

We recently purchased a property through Fine & Country in Kingswood and were so pleased with the value they added from the day of viewing, with follow-up questions, the offer process, and all the way through a difficult chain and completion. We dealt with Zoe and she went over and above to keep engaging with us and the whole chain and was constantly on the various solicitor's cases on completion day. Once they were able to release the keys Zoe even ran them down to us at a pub where we were calming our nerves!! The difference between Fine and Country and others in the area was obvious, even from a buyers perspective. They are a cut above the rest who we would wholeheartedly recommend and we'll certainly be reaching out to them should we ever sell in the future.
