I have made a few requests on the app over the year, they responded promptly and acted in a timely manner too.
Not only have they managed to fixed the issues, but also went for extra miles for other issues that I wasn't aware of.
Very good work ethics and customer services, definitely recommended!
I hope they get paid well for what they've worked for.
