VSL Nail & Beauty Salon & VSL Urban Retreat Spa Days

I booked a long overdue pamper at VSL after having hip surgery six weeks ago. Firstly, I had my legs and underarms waxed which was done by Vanessa and Chelsea. They were both so lovely and thoughtful, making sure I was comfortable at all times. Secondly, I had a Dermalogica Pro Power Peel carried out by Chelsea. We chatted and the whole process was so relaxing. She was so reassuring, and checked with me continually to make sure that I was comfortable and could tolerate each application. Both Chelsea & Vanessa were so knowledgeable, and talked me through the after-care, and the best ways that I should look after my skin! I felt so comfortable with them that I booked another two peel treatments. I cant wait to see the results !!!

A friend & I booked a pamper session for our daughters, to celebrate their 16th birthdays and also to give them a break from GCSE revision! Vanessa spent time in advance discussing our requirements & coming up with some treatments for each of them. On the day, Vanessa & her team were there from the moment we arrived, to welcome us. They made the girls feel comfortable & relaxed & spent time discussing skincare routines with them. They loved the experience & can't wait to go back. Thank you so much.

I booked the spa for my daughters 11th birthday, with 3 friends. They had the most wonderful experience. A gorgeous facial, manicure, pedicure and then afternoon tea. Vanessa and her team were so welcoming and kind. They made her feel so special and the spa was beautiful. The afternoon tea was 5 star hotel standard, with so much food they couldnt finish. I would 100% recommend this for any child looking for a special treat or adult. I will definitely be back with my friends for a spa day. Thank you Vanessa and team !!

Had a fabulous spa afternoon with my daughter, for her birthday. Nothing was too much trouble, Vanessa was delightful and the food outstanding. Proper rest and recuperation, and on the doorstep to boot!
