Keith spent 3 hours during his initial visit, making sure that we had the best possible design that included everything we wanted and even saved us money with some suggestions. He then made sure the changes were incorporated in the Wren design for us to see on our next visit. His team were all polite, friendly, professional and respectful, with the whole project being well coordinated. The kitchen was completed quickly and professionally and were very happy with the finished result. No no no Keith is extremely rude he is driven by money his people skills are appalling I had the mis fortune through wrens for him to install my kitchen it wernt cheap all I wanted is to sit back and watch my kitchen grow first day they didn't turn up bad service throughout , and now he wants us to pay him for work my dementia husband signed for don't touch him with a barge pole all he sees are note signs no people skills his workman are loud and shout a lot no manners what so ever my kitchen worktop is lifting only been fitted 4 weeks ago. Gaping great big holes on my outside wall and I have no back on a cupboard appalling he is now hassling us for money why should I pay when work need to be rectified . I do not recommend him at all

If only I could give zero stars Keith is the most unpleasant person I've ever met, forced his way into our house during tier 4 lockdown and demanded payment for an unfinished kitchen, very poor workmanship and unreliable time keeping. Fitters couldn't follow plans and left numerous things broken and badly done
