During his visit he was very detailed in his investigation, and then helped us through sourcing repair parts in a cost efficient way and organising the replacement work on very short notice. I wholeheartedly recommend Stephen and Gentleman Heating, as I've had an absolutely perfect experience, and he will be my go-to going forward for any boiler and heating issues or services.
