We can highly recommend Gilbert Scott Estate Agents. We bought a house from them in Dudley. Richard Allen-Zorder has been extremely helpful, being in the middle of all negotiations between us and the buyer. The main factor was that he very quickly helped me find a tenant, not missing a day. We were worried about whether we would get a new tenant in time. But he quickly found a good tenant for us. He has gone above and beyond and delivered from start to finish. Couldn't recommend highly enough, thanks Richard for making everything so easy for us!

Fantastic estate agents. Gilbert Scott were my estate agents whilst I rented a property. Richard and the team were always polite, professional and really helpful.
