I just wanted to highlight how helpful the parts department have been. I made a mistake on my online order, I called and spoke to Patrick who couldn't have been more helpful, a very efficient and friendly approach with excellent customer service. Well done!

Purchased a 2.0 car from them which was supposed to be serviced and taken through a "rigorous" mechanical inspection. What I actually got was a 1.9 car which wasn't serviced, and had metal filler hiding a dodgy gasket repair, which Peter Bailey refused to pay to rectify or fix himself. The car also broke down 4 times in as many weeks. Had to threaten court action, and in the end returned the car and bought a better brand of Speedster. The car was HYL 273K, so I'd avoid it at all costs. I have pics and emails to prove all of the above, and am happy to share with anyone who would like to see.
