I used LJ Property Inspections to complete a snagging report on a new build flat I purchased. The service I received was fantastic and the report delivered covered things I would never of checked and was delivered back to me very quickly. LJ Property Inspections have been very responsive to all of my queries and have provided me with some great professional expert advice. I have been so happy using LJ Property Inspections I got them to complete the inventory & check-in of the property for when the tenants moved in. I will be defiantly be using LJ Property Inspections again and would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend highly enough the service provided by L J Property Inspections. Lorraine arrived ahead of our scheduled appointment, and took time to complete a very thorough inspection of my property. She was highly professional and very friendly. The report that I received was very detailed and of high quality. I like the fact that you can even zoom in on the pictures to look in more detail, which enables you to see even the finest of detail. The inspection was very fairly priced, and offers great value for money. Me and my wife recently used LJ Property Inspections for our end of tenancy handover. The service provided was exceptional. It was a fast and efficient service throughout. The knowledge from LJ Property Inspections was excellent and the guidance we were given meant we could rectify any issues that there may have been for our landlord regarding the property. With the help and guidance from LG we therefore received our deposit back in full from the property which there was a high chance that we would not have without their help. The cost of LJ and the rectifications to the property were minimal in comparison to the returned deposit, so was not only a cost effective venture it has also given me the confidence that I can call LJ in the future for their vast knowledge and experience for any of my property Inspections.
