        Terrible service. Called Craig out to a leaking toilet in our Birmingham office, he came efficiently did not fix the leak. I rang Craig to pay he told me a completely different amount to what he quoted and then proceeded to take an extortionate amount of money from our account I have then been ringing for an invoice for over a month no response excuses every time. He doesn't answer phone calls and is very unprofessional. Do not use his services. Services: Toilet installation, Plumbing leak detection

        Wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time. As others had said, I was given a quote and told they would come the next day to do the work. Surprise surprise, no one showed up. Honestly, Im relieved as the quote seemed incredibly high for what is essentially a 10 minute job too! Service: Toilet repair
