        I was faced with being let down by both Morrisons and Boots when they were unable to get my medication for me. Jhoots stepped in and got it for me in a couple of days. I always find the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

        I required some assistance with a prescription I was picking up from Jhoots, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They were very courteous and professional, especially as the matter to discuss was very sensitive. This is not my local pharmacy but I would recommend as they always have your required medicines in stock.

        Very poor service. The establishment is visibly unclean. Pharmacist hasnt been present the past two times Ive visited. Feel sorry for the assistants who were unable to fill my prescription.
