Good service forgot to put my prescription in my bag and they bought it too my door

Gave us half a prescription for our son. Was told to come back the following week for the other half. They have not got it in stock despite telling us to come today. Because of this incompetence my son will have to start the whole prescription again due to missing 2 doses. Unapologetic despite blame laying with them.

I fell over in the high street earlier today. Can't thank the staff enough for their help and assistance. They didn't hesitate to help and offer medical assistance.
