Dreadful service today. I called to collect my husbands prescription which was sent by the doctor on Tuesday. It wasnt ready so I waited, and waited. And waited. Three other customers were served with their prescriptions and I finally, after nearly 15 minutes, spoke to the assistant. Apparently the tablets were waiting for pharmacists approval and he said he didnt know they were there. I find that rather doubtful considering how busy they suddenly were and how many prescriptions were being submitted for approval. Very poor indeed. Im glad Im not ill and in desperate need.

6 people waiting in the store, 1 person serving and sorting prescriptions, organisation of staff is diabolical

Claimed hadn't received prescription which was sent at 9am. Have had previous problems where they receive prescription but not dispensed and left to run out of medication
