Also, I was clearly irate and aggressive due to going days without medication because of a doctor/pharmacy screw up so the manager got snippy and tried the stern approach. Told me to just call in next door to sort things out. Not very clever when they had also been a part of the problem. Things could potentially have gotten violent so a bit of thought when dealing with clearly aggravated mental health patients who have been denied their medication would be a good idea. Idiots.
