        Went to service station to collect parcel to find out they gave my parcel to the wrong person the manger was not helpful at all just kept saying theres nothing I can do about it! I am now without a parcel and cannot be refunded!!! So not send parcels here!!!!!!! Awful management skills

        I went for diesel on Saturday 25th September just after 7AM. It was extremely busy but the lady serving was fantastic. She was by herself so consequently was working very hard but she still found time to be friendly and helpful. She's a credit to the company. Thank you
