Lisa is a very good listener and the reason I chose her was she has been through some of the same issues. By breaking down your issue and making small steps to go through them helped me. I love a challenge so for me my homework was set as challenges. From hating myself (50 years of doing it) to getting through to me to start loving myself I owe it to Lisa I know I had to put in the work but she gave me the tools and help to do it.

I just wanted to thank Lisa for her support and caring attitude in supporting me to unravel some beliefs and to quieten my anxiety which is now firmly under control thanks to Lisa holding space for me to do the tapping and release my fears and calm my anxiety. I have gone a few weeks without an anxiety attack and I was getting a few attacks daily. If I feel Im worrying I just tap before it reaches an anxiety attack. Thank you so much. EFT really works and Lisa is just lovely to work with she truly listens and then gets you tapping to release that what you have been holding on to for far too long.
