        GREAT ATMOSPHERE! Been going to Paragon for over 10 years . It is a great gym for all people from beginners to experienced gym goers . Everyone wants to help and give advice , including staff . There is a wide variety of free weights and machines to cater for all , Aswell as a cardio/conditioning section. Would recommend to anybody !
