Where do I start. If youre happy with weeks of stress then go ahead. Incompetent salesman resulting in still having the wrong handles 7 months later. Incompetent surveyor resulting in having to pay an extra 2600! Extremely rude, messy workmen, refusing to clean up other team members mess! Told lies too, have a recorded conversation where I was promised something and then emails stating something different. Along with these recordings and emails have many photos if required. Like others have stated I was threatened with late payment charges despite the work not being completed and being promised the work would be inspected prior to any final balance needing to be paid.

Poor customer service and lack of communication throughout the contract for a conservatory replacement (including electrics and heating) ordered in April 2022. Work was due to commence in October but this did not happen as work was repeatedly put back over many weeks causing undue customer stress. Contractors eventually arrived on site on 21 November and work was intermittent at the start and work was finally completed in January. The survey failed to pick up crucial central heating requirements and additional costs have been incurred and are still awaiting a response back from the Company Director. Payments were chased on several occasions before appropriate stages of work in the contract had been completed with even a threat to issue a late payment invoice contrary to the terms outlined in the contract showing a total disregard for customer satisfaction and poor liaison between departments. The review is not against the workmanship as contractors were professional and hardworking and the quality of product meets expectations.

Really impressed with the after sales customer service of Wombourne Windows after I had trouble with a lock of one of the doors they installed 4 years ago. I contacted them and they came out within the week and changed the whole locking mechanism with no quibbling or fuss. Excellent service.

Wombourne Windows provided us with a faultless and truly professional service during the build of a new conservatory. Scheduling was excellent and reliable which is very hard to come by these days. All of the tradesmen used were punctual and skilled at their job as well as being friendly and very tidy. We are extremely happy with our new build. All of the design, planning and organisation was handled by a superb management team who kept us informed throughout. I would happily recommend Wombourne Windows to anyone. Team, thank you very much.
