Discriminative Kingswinford branch!
Me and my entire family have always been mistreated by this branch. We made number of complaints but their complain handlers are biased, unprofessional and customer unfriendly.
We now are seeking justice from the ombudsman.
Response to their feedback: As the bank of this Nation, your employees in this branch did not upheld its core values when people like us who are also part of this Nation, have been treated unequally.
