I found the perfect wedding dress for me at Kingswinford Bridal and prom, the lady Joy was so lovely and helpful, it made my whole experience so special and memorable, the choice of dresses is amazing, they are all absolutely stunning something for everyone. Would 100% recommend a visit. Lucie X

We visited this shop for my daughters prom dress, and wow what a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly. My daughter only had a few ideas of what she wanted. These lovely ladies listened to my daughter and found some beautiful dreses for her to try on. They honestly went above and beyond to make the whole experience special. The prices are so good too. I really can't thank these ladies enought. I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting a stunning dress for their special day.

Joy helped us look for a prom dress. She was professional, helpful and friendly! Nice selection in various colours, designs and sizes. Unfortunately we didn't find her dream dress but will definitely return with my other daughter to see what they have to offer. Thanks

Rude and arrogant. Really confused reading the 5star reviews on here, my experience was disgraceful. Very cold service, I was made to feel like a burden the entire time. So disappointing as my first time ever trying on wedding dresses I didn't feel special at all infact it was a really depressing atmosphere. My mom was randomly called a "big lady" which we both really didn't appreciate, so rude! I explained specifics in the style I wanted but wasn't shown the sleeve style I wanted, so I assumed they hadn't got that style in. I settled for a dress at the end of my first appointment. I discovered later that day that they actually do have a dress in the style I've dreamed of, so I contacted them on a whim to see if I could swap. I explained that I understood it was against the T'&C's but if I didn't at least ask I'd have really regretted it. I couldn't apologise enough in my emails but received very rude and blunt responses. They allowed me to go back to try on the new dress. At this appointment I was accused of lying, being told that we had already tried this dress on! Yeah right! I was given an extremely frosty, disrespectful experience which left me in tears. As a paying customer I didn't deserve this at all. For a business that should have made a bride to be feel comfortable, excited and special, they have truly let themselves down and should be ashamed. ******Can't reply to your response so please see below: Kingswinford Bridal and Prom unfortunately this is untrue. The lady that saw us first was discussing with my mom about my sister who came to your shop for her dress some time ago and the lady that may have saw to her. The staff member asked my mom if she was a bigger lady like herself (my mom), which was incredibly unnecessary. Myself and mom simply aren't confrontational people so wouldn't have said anything in the moment, that's just how we are. Upon returning for the second appointment, the lady came round the corner, looked me dead in the eye and aggressively said "could have sworn we tried this one on", I replied "we definitely didn't try this particular style on", I received an accusatory look to which I then felt I had to validate myself 3 times. There certainly was no apologetic tone there. From the moment I entered the second appointment the service was passive aggressive and seriously uncomfortable. When taking the dress off the lady said in a huff "I'm going to have to redo all the paperwork".. you mean the one piece of paper with very little detail on it? Again, no need. As I was spending more money with you too, I couldn't believe I'd been made to feel like such a burden. You can make it out like I'm being dramatic or fabricating all you like, really wouldn't expect anything less! For me to feel this upset after what should have been a beautiful appointment, surely says a lot by how I was treated? Wishing yourselves and future brides to be all the best, sincerely hope they have a far better experience that they deserve.
