        I was to Boots Pharmacy @ 12:40 and after the lady had a look at my prescription she told me to come back later because is lunch time or to go across the road to another pharmacy. I have told her I am not well because I had major surgery but she didn't care. I am very disappointed with the staff attitude.

        Missed part of my parcel, so had to make two trips down. No smile, friendliness and no apology! Rubbish customer service
