I have recently left a company where we used WCCTV services. In all my time in construction I have never had such an appalling security company work for us. We had two cctv towers and a night guard from them. They never took responsibility for the site security. Recently had an email from them saying we were repeat offenders as the night guard kept failing to ring in to the monitoring room when out on patrol and he kept setting the alarm sensors off even though the guard worked for WCCTV! Weve had multiple break ins which they failed to prevent anything from being stolen. All they do is put their towers up, take your money and then try and put all the security responsibilities back into you as the client. The control room are rude when they speak to you and treat you like you work for them when its the other way round. Total lack of professionalism. If you want a tower moving expect to wait two weeks and then get a massive bill. I used to get multiple phone calls from the control room in the middle of the night saying the cameras had been set off, I used to get multiple phone calls from their security guard in the middle of the night about non emergency issues such as a light bulb flickering. Id never ever use this company again. What a total lack of professionalism.
