        I have a 20 year guarantee for damp course. I rang them up about damp coming through they wanted me to complete a pack and pay over 100 for research fees so I sent them a picture of the area now theyre claiming they didnt do that area despite me having a diagram THEY drew which shows what areas they did. Ive given up and taken it to trading standards

        The workman spend more time sat in the van then working .Absolute joke .He managed to cut 4 pieces of 4x2 in a day .Disgraceful.Think very long and hard before using them they drag the work out .Obviously over pricing .Two days work dragged out to a week and still not finished .Dont use them if you want efficiency and value for money .
