I recently had my XC60 booked in for service and MOT, the service advisor Rafiq Miah was very professional during the booking in process and also kept me informed of how the service and MOT had gone. I think Riafiq is a new member to the Volvo team, and in my opinion he is doing a great job.

Needed to purchase a new car and had some rather difficult experiences with other garages. Made a quick call to Lily at Riverside Volvo Hull and she was amazing. Very methodical and easy to deal with. Made the entire process so much more customer focused. Answered any and all questions I had and made me feel relaxed. I have to also add that the handover was very thorough and Lily made sure that I was aware of all aspects of my car.

Recently took out a lease via Care by Volvo through Riverside Hull. The experience was absolutely first class from minute one of the process from the first phone call to driving away the vehicle. The staff I dealt with are an absolute credit to the business. Special mentions must go out to Lily, Gareth and Neil.

I visited Riverside Volvo Hull when I experienced issues with my Volvo app. Raf was fantastic spending time resetting it up for me. He also gave me a tutorial on how to use my central control display which was very beneficial. Raf delivered tremendous customer service & Riverside Volvo should be very proud of him.
