        Initial appointment some days away but turned into what I thought was an emergency. I rang soon after opening time and was booked in for mid morning. OK there was a bit of a wait, but the immediate panic for my pooch was over. I've no doubt if the problem was still happening when I got there we would have jumped the queue. Vet apologised and explained they'd suddenly had alot to deal with unexpectedly. It happens. Just like with humans !!
