On the sad day my parents dog needed to be put to rest, Kingston Veterinary group told us they are busy and couldnt fit him in. That day they closed at 4pm, and I wonder why they just couldnt make an exception and stay open just 10 minutes extra for this request, especially for a dog they have treated for 13 years with many costly appointment, medication and hospitalisations towards the end of his life. Eventually my parents had to go to a strange clinic & unfamiliar vet who didnt fully understand the complications. Its all a bit sad really.

Not good . I'm going on holiday and I can't get a kennal cough injection for my dog as they say there is a shortage but there keeping them for new puppies. I pay for my dogs treatment on a monthly basis and expect to get what they promise and what I have paid for.
