Paid nearly 300 for eye drops and skin wipes, we put this through the insurance we had with them, its been nearly 4 months and still havent got the money back. Shocking prices and shocking customer service.. we wont be returning.

Couldn't thanks these enough for how they've handle our situation with our dog, from start to finish they've been brilliant! Seekay is amazing vet who showed she cared till the end..

My little Jack Russell had to be sent to heaven because of heart problems. Reluctantly I took her to the vet The way this female vet treat my lulu was horrendous. Firstly she gave me a booklet with casket prices.thentook lulu from me took her in the back room and inserted a cannula in her leg ok thats fine. Then she opened the door into the room and expected my terrified lulu to hobble into the room. She was trying to get to me. I picked her up put her on the table. The vet then started to put small amounts of the liquid into her. Lulu was struggling so much. She then told me to put her on the floor. Which I did while stroking and talking to her trying calm her down the vet said ohh I cant watch this anymore and took her away. She brought her back to me when she had passed. I carry this nightmare with me every day since . This was 2 years ago. I still cry today.
