Simon and Marie at Flexi Van Hire Hull are super heroes! They really go above and beyond. I have used them a couple of times now and they are an absolute pleasure. I had a situation in which the local tip didn't allow me to offload the van because I was there 1 minute late after a very busy day, and this meant I had a full van and couldn't offload until the 10.30am the next day. I felt completely hopeless in this situation as I had only hired the van for 1 day and couldn't afford another. This being said I was preparing myself to have to pay for another day of using the van. However Simon told me not to worry and that he would dispose of the contents himself the next day at no extra cost. Flexi Van Hire are heroes and I truly cannot thank them enough. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars I would; truly lovely people providing a quality service and immaculate vans.
