Had Skoda Superb heater matrix replaced under warranty. Within a year it packed up. Sorted again then within 3 months packed up again. Wouldn't look at it for 2 weeks. The car let me me down. Carpets flooded. Had to get a local garage to sort the problem with a new matrix provided by Keith Hull. They should had reimbursed me the part at least. They didn't want to know and head office fobed me off. I will never use this garage again and may not buy another Skoda again. Feel totally let down.
