Bought an Alfa Romeo from them a few months ago. The sale process was very easy and the staff were friendly. Started having issues with various aspects of the car, and I realised that the timing belt and water pump had NEVER been changed since it was manufactured in 2010, this was quite expensive to sort, and the final nail in the coffin was an issue with my headlights that they kept assuring me was electrical and that they would fix it. I was quite sure after doing my own research that it was a fault in the headlight itself, and numerous visits to various garages later and it was still an issue. Stopped receiving comms from them not long after, and I up having to buy a new headlight myself which fixed the issue. Not happy with the level of service I got at all.
