Bought a car from them, put my car in part ex, they offered me rac warranty and breakdown. I took warranty but declined breakdown as already with aa. On reading invoice they are both given free on all cars.. Had car 30days when warning light came on, took car back told them problems, Tara replied its outside 28day warranty not our problem contact rac, 2 weeks later car in garage mechanic says if all rac warranty checks had been done car would not be in garage now. Tara refused to comment saying she was a mechanic also and everything was fine... In the meantime Tara had also cancelled the rac warranty..... Do NOT trust this garage

Well what can I say, I when to see a van. They say they will prepare it and it will be one week. And she say to me. If u not like when u see, you can have your deposit back. So I OK. But then I realize I forget to ask if the cam belt has been done since new. It was not. I ask if they would do, but she not like that so I say I go half,she say OK. But then I say I may be able to get it done at a reasonable price, but could not, when I say this to her, then her attitude changed and then she would not. And the van would not be ready ready till a other week. So I decline the van. And she would not give me my deposit back. and say i can get a lot more for the van. it was 7000 now it for sale at 8000 In the end I walk away from the deal and say keep the deposit. Be careful and make sure u get the cab belt done on a van before you buy. basically she just wanted to fob me of so she could get more money for the van and not pay the deposit back .I would never go there again.

This company are a joke. I bought a car just before Christmas, I was told that they had sorted out my tax and sent off the new keeper slip so I could get my logbook. This was not the case, they didnt even have the new keeper slip, they have fobbed me off on three occasions since I bought the car and I still to this day do not have it. I was also sold the car with a platinum Rac 3 month warranty cover, I now have a problem with the car 2 and a half months in, the car shudders terribly under braking and then wont stop shuddering. I have already paid 50 to get the wheels realigned on the car as it started to pull on one side a couple of weeks after I bought it so I thought I would apply for the warranty only to find out that Im not covered as its for cars less than 10 years old/ less than 100k miles. Mine doesnt fall into this. I spent 4,250 on the car and when I have just called the company to ask for an explanation, I have been told that I will have to wait for someone to call me about this, it might be today or sometime tomorrow great serviceI think not.
