Would give 0 star if I could , had the car booked twice and paid for it twice and it's not been fixed , rip off , and ignoring my phone calls .

Fantastic service from the new car sales team at Hatfields Hull, from my first enquiry to arriving home after collection. Attentive, but not pushy, responsive and patient. Would highly recommend.

Nick Sellers services when buying a used jaguar was incredible, nothing was ever too much trouble always returned our calls and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold us, he made the whole process from start to finish well worth the 250 mile journey to collect the car. Can not recommend this salesman enough and the dealer for all the services they gave to both myself and my wife.

The staff here are amazing, made it so easy and hassle free, I've found it harder choosing and buying new shoes then buying a car here thanks guys

Recently had to take vehicle in to here for a fault that had developed. Shane the service advisor was very helpful and quickly had the car booked in within a couple of days. I explained that I required a courtesy vehicle and again Shane was very quick to organise this. He kept us informed of the timescale and work required. On collection of my vehicle it was pristine,having been washed/vacuumed and even tyre dressing applied. During a free health check of the vehicle more faults had been found and Shane quickly organised the car to come back in within a few days,again with a courtesy car. All in all a fantastic service from Hatfields especially Shane. Chris Hall who sold us the vehicle originally is always welcoming and takes time out to come and speak which is great and makes you want to return to hatfields for our next vehicle. Well done hatfields.
