        I have completed three courses with Sarah at Inspire Therapy Training (pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage massage and myofascial release). Not only is Sarah incredibly knowledgeable and professional, she's also friendly and welcoming.

        I have done a couple of courses with Inspire and would highly recommend them! The information is in depth and having training one to one makes it so you get to ask any questions throughout the day, you can go over anything you need further help with and you get proper supervision from your tutor. Communication is amazing not just when booking a course, but afterwards too - Sarah is always on hand to help whether it's relating to a course, recommending equipment or insurance etc. 100% will be booking future courses with inspire x
