        I couldnt fault the company. Admin staff were helpful. Peter did the survey, that was thorough and took the time to explain things to me. Received my email report on the 2nd working days and a paper copy within 1 week.

        Told we would receive report in 5 working days by Paul Fox The person carrying out surveyor on December 11th arrived January 3rd ever heard of e-mail. Telephoned to clarify a point raised n survey January 11th left voice mail still awaiting reply.
