Timberland Sheds

We purchased the titan shed 7 by 5 and it's solid enough, seems good quality,it's advertised on the website as having corner bracing but there is no corner bracing in the one we received but that's not a problem. I would have liked to give 5 stars but I think that the fitting service could be improved. They completely erected my shed in about half an hour, everything seemed a bit rushed, I understand that they probably have a lot more sheds to put up and need to be quick but with speed comes lack of attention to detail which results in call backs and bad reviews. For example, the felt nails were a fraction too long and the tip of a few have come through the roof a tiny fraction, I could of rang up and got them out but I doubt they are going to put on a whole new roof ,I've read other reviews where this has happened and they just put silicon on, well I can do that myself and I've also put some bitumen adhesive on the felt nails and along the overlap as a bit of extra protection. The website is good and the lady on the phone is very polite and helpful, shed is good quality but let down by rushed fitting service. Service: Shed installation

The delivery date was changed three times, the shed was thrown up and it wasn't even the right shed!! The one I ordered they don't make anymore although it's still advertised on their Web site. I was promised a tub of oil for the shed as a thank you for being accompanying by allowing the delivery date changes, four times with the promise of delivery and I'm still waiting that was back in December. The installers got bitumen all over the green bin handle which my wife got all over her hands, the stick they used to spread the bitumen was just thrown behind the shed and bits of packaging left in the garden!! All in all a company to steer well clear of. Service: Shed delivery to installation sites
