Did not know why to expect prior to my visit, really happy with the facilities, very clean and central to Hull. Access to the building was excellent. Thank you! Nearby activities: Very close to all active areas such as the old town the station and marina.

Firstly, the customer service I received prior to move in was attentive and helpful. The confirmation had gone to another email address, so I was unaware of the procedure prior check in. The manager (Richard) called me though and took his time to run through what was needed and was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and flawless. The room was fabulous and they even left a little welcome pack for me and my dog. It was spotlessly clean and super quiet. The location too couldn't be better and having parking in the basement was super helpful too. Housekeeping (Glynis) was very kind and flexible as I made an error on the booking and should have been staying another day. Richard called and sorted it out for me quickly and without fuss. All in all a perfect stay. Cosy, well appointed and super modern. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I'm back in Hull. Check out at 10am is a bit inconvenient and costly if you need more time, but understandable with a small staff, unlike Hotels.
