When my son and I stayed sadly we had quite a few issues no hot water for a bath no central heating some lights didn't work it wasn't clean in the kitchen area especially cuttlery,dishes washing up bowl etc despite contacting the owners nobody sorted anything out when I messaged again later was told they weren't able to do anything as no chance to come to the apartment we it wasn't good as pouring rain on arrival we were soaked I needed a hot bath and heating but had none the full stay the light in the cooker hood was out so I decided to change it wish I hadn't as loads of grease and oil came running out we had booked before but was cancelled due to the apartment being vandalised by previous guests so booked again so expected a lovely stay but sadly wasn't so relieved at least I found 2 small heaters in the apartment not belting out heat but better than no heat as our clothes were soaked from the awful rain we had to walk from the station to the apartment and expected a wonderful apartment as told about all the repairs etc that had to be done before we stayed due to the vandalism I feel in a lot of cases many issues are down to poor cleaners sadly.
