We contacted Dan to enquire about a new alarm system. From first contact Dan was efficient, professional and very approachable. The system itself is fantastic and so easy to use from the app on our phones. If we do contact Dan with a question/query he responds quickly and resolves any technical issues straightaway. We had a crisis recently when our CCTV wouldn't work properly and our provider had disappeared. After a quick search online I came across Cottingham CCTV and after reaching out Dan came out and solved the problems in no time. He has since been back to sort another problem which was done effortlessly and within a few minutes. I can't recommend them enough after our recent dealings and will be our go to company for all CCTV and home security matters.
