        Note to the Franchisee, How come you guys are so inefficient to leave your one staff alone in the restaurant? Does health and safety allowed this? I came this morning and found she was struggling as store was busy and she was alone even though she was trying her best I over heard one delivery driver came and she couldnt gave him the food as it wasnt ready! Then the rider left! Isnt it creating another bad reputation for the business as you are keeping the customers waiting more than usual! I even frustrated by this morning you guys let me down! Probably Ill look somewhere else for my morning breakfast.. Note to The Area Manager: Could you please take some initiative that the franchisee maintain the health and safety rules by keeping two employees always it will increase the business and will improve customer services.

        Last couple experiences just being bad, small portions of meat to other subway stores, constantly forgetting items, cookies burnt. Disappointing as this store is convenient to me, but go to Mt pleasant subway, far better.
