Wedges wasnt even cooked , sandwich was cold and cheese didnt even melt , workers had no idea what they were doing they looked lost , waiting to be served while they were chilling in the back on there phones, they didnt give me a reciept , I called to make the manager aware this morning of how her staff dont know what there doing and should be taught properly before they are left without a manager, and she said its a new microwave they dont know how to use it , so that makes it okay to serve food not properly cooked does it? They cant refund me or do anything about my order and wont let me go any higher to make others aware , I wouldnt go there if you want a nice subway I suggest chants Ave or newland, manager told me no point going higher we shut down in a week or 2 , which I fail to believe but if they shut down that would be for the best I want to eat cooked food that wont make me ill thanks , also the manager actually hung up on me cause she clearly cant be bothered to deal with a complaint
