        If I could put half a star that would still be to much, the way you treat your tenants is disgusting, the flats you rent out are comparably as disgusting with mould everywhere, slow replies and when the tenant has to move because of the amount of mould in the flat which was causing health issues to a baby and a asthma sufferer and you go and charge them for it in a cost of living crisis, they literally moved because of your disgusting properties and the bad treatment they received, I would avoid this 2 bit rental company, one of which the landlord has gone missing and not paying the mortgage, AVOID THIS RENTAL COMPANY THER ARE MUCH BETTER ONES IN HULL SUCH AS WIGWAM HOMES.

        JKT have managed our property for two years now. It is reassuring to know that we can 100% trust JKT with the management of our house. It is great that they have a number of trades men/women that have quickly rectified anything that our tenant has brought to their attention, keeping her happy and saving us time and money. I can honestly say we often forget we have a second property sometimes until we receive the rental income in the bank! I would highly recommend JKT!!!!
