From day one home-link have been amazing. Fabulous letting agency, I could not recommend a nicer group of people. My daughter and I have loved our time in the flat we rented from them with a great relationship with the landlord and agency. Very helpful and I wish the company all the best. Thank you.

Horrible experience, house I'm living in is full of damp and the walls have bubbled up. I've had a cough and flue simtoms since I've moved in not to mention the damp air affecting me. An update on my review, they seem to be improving with communication. And have sorted a few issues out since. The kitchen window we couldnt see out of, has now been replaced as the seal had gone. Although some of the people that come round to fix or change things are very questionable. One man who was the electrician set fire to our electric cooker after fitting it incorrectly two times. We had to get a professional in to do it correctly. And then another two electricians came to change the fuse box but didnt do that correctly we had to get a professional in for that too as he hasnt fitted it correctly. And not to mention the same electrical guys couldnt fit an extractor fan, it broke and tried blaming there poor quality of workmanship then tried to charge me 60 for the fan replacement. When all that needed replacing was a pull cord. Plus the person in question left the full kitchen in brick dust and broke some things on my kitchen side. The man the comes to check the boiler is quite friendly and gets on with his work.
