Property manager, Hayley has a very poor attitude and organisational skills. Waiting three months after constant emails without success to fix two internal doors. Reported a mouse in my home and the issue had to be chased for weeks without response from said property manager. Never had a bad experience for three years with maintenance up until now. I pay my rent without fail every month and you a treated as if some kind of second class citizen to the management. Requested contractors came in afternoons which has been done before because I look after my son full time who doesnt sleep well- as well as work afternoons so mornings are not a good time by any means. Repeatedly told contractor and letting agency that afternoons only please and the contractor turns up at 9:30am drilling etc for three hours! When did companies just stop caring about others?

LANDLORDS STAY AWAY! I strongly suggest that landlords stay away. Tenant checks are extremely poor, no mid tenancy checks. Thousands of pounds of damage was done to my property. I was on their 'managed service' they did everything they could to block me from claiming against the deposit. They contacted and completed TDS deposit forms WITHOUT my consent or oversight, ensuring I was BLOCKED from making a claim on the deposit for the thousands of pounds of damage done. STAY AWAY.

A very friendly, professional and knowledgable staff with good expeience in resolvindg issues to the benefit of both tenent and landlord. It was an impressive and wonderful initiative demonstrated to solve the problem of tenant owing the rent.
