        This post office is never open.. No way to run a business.. Even if the owner has to do it alone n open up.. I would rather wait a while in a queue than not be open at all.. Rediculous

        I recently sent two boxes of sentimental items to a family member following a bereavement. The two staff members were obnoxious and rude, encouraging other customers to make comments about how poorly Parcelforce would treat the boxes. Aggressive, unprofessional and not the kind of service or conduct one would expect from the Post Office.
