        Shocking staff today at 1100. One staff member, one manager and a phone call who don't know the policy of Parcelforce. Shocking, this will just keep losing business to other couriers. Too busy nattering amongst themselves

        Stay away!! Awful service due to one member of staff "Sandra" was refusing to give me my parcel, due to the person who sent the parcel missed out one of the parts of my double barrelled surname, regardless of the fact I had my slip the postman had posted through MY door, and providing numerous ID and proof that the parcel was in fact mine. Worst experience and she shouldn't be working in customer service. I've since contacted parcel force if any missed deliverys to NOT send them to asda post office due to this. Will never use again, all other staff are brilliant though.

        Useless!! Over 2 years they have cost me 300+ by giving incorrect information. It is incumbent upon them to supply all information and if they are unsure they even have a hotline to call so CORRECT information is given. Failed to assist a disabled customer AT ALL
